This is a high-ticket sales role. If you’re a coachable hard worker, then you’ll do well here. Vertigo is a performance-driven wholesale firm with a structured sales system, hands-on leadership, and clear advancement paths. We specialize in finding our investors highly profitable real estate investment opportunities (fix-and-flips, buy-and-holds, high-end/luxury investment properties, etc.)

What You’ll Be Doing

Build relationships with active real estate investors in your market
Conduct property walkthroughs and present investment opportunities
Manage and track your pipeline daily
Follow up consistently to move deals toward closing
Collaborate with leadership to refine strategy and improve close rates
Participate in weekly sales meetings and skill development sessions
